Monk learns the higher WM spells (WM 4 & 9-13). But Monk is a mediocre healer if you don't have a Magic based secondary job (the Mages & Bushi). Plus Monk requires spending of Hashmal for WM4, Famfrit for WM10 & Chaos for WM 11 & 12.
