F150 leveled with 35s.

I just sold my raptor and purchased a 22 tremor and honestly the tremor ride is smoother than my raptor. Im a bit scared to go to a 34 or 35 inch tire if that means I lose the ride quality.
My plan is a 2.5" Icon leveling kit, Top Gun Customz dual steering stabilizer with Bilstein shocks, and 35x11.5s on my stock wheels. Hopefully it'll turn out looking good and won't rub. You get the height of the 35" without the fitment issues that come with the extra width. Its actually a better load rating as well and is closer to a true 35" diameter than most 35's.
You have a lot of other variables to consider beside tire height. Tire width, rim offset, current gearing. Most levels will allow you to fit up to a 35x12.5 tire on a stock rim. Once you go with a wider rim and change your offset you face rubbing issues on either the inner fender or outer and bumper. You should also consider your current ...35s with a 2.5" level kit. not necessarily. I have an 06 4x4 with the 3" kit and 35s, and they rub on the upper control arms when turned fully. It depends where your tires are rubbing on your truck. I have talked to a guy with the same truck and same tires I have, with the 2.5" kit, and he has the same issue. If you are rubbing on the control arms, there are two options ...

I have a 2005 with rancho quicklift struts which are like a 2.5in level. 315/70r17 on 17x9. minor rubbing on back of wheelwells and fenders.Bilstein or Eibach adjustable shocks in the front. Don’t have to touch the rear. 35’s on stock rims may rub the UCA if you go 12.5” wide without spacers. 34x11 or 35x11.5 will fit perfectly without trimming rubbing.
