Downloaded the newest version of seamless coop, copied file / folder over, made a online password, and launched properly with the seamless coop launcher. My issue may have been an outdated mod or not launching elden ring after verifying folders, when I launched it redownloaded anti cheat, online vanilla still works, the mod works.
