In that quest all your inventory gets stored in a container, after i picked it all up again, the "Overwatch" suddenly was marked as a quest item again. I crafted a epic version of "Overwatch" and the blue quality one is still stuck in my inventory, also crafted the legendary version, and the blue one is still stuck.

I had the iconic “Plan B” weapon currently in my inventory still that it DID allow me to craft. I never plan on using this gun so I ran a test by dismantling it. The second it was gone I lost the ability to craft it and now it’s blocked like all the other ones. Yeah seems like you're onto something. I have the Overwatch stuck as a mission item and I think when it triggered was in the PL mission where you meet with Hansen in the stadium, after which you have to retrieve all your guns from a locker like the clouds mission and that one gig at a club. Probably since it's marked as a quest item, because bugs... But you can go to your crafting menu, craft one of the recipes that require it and it's no longer marked as a quest item!

It would be though around 10 hours, because I upgraded my Overwatch and went to make sidequests and gigs and went to the Cherry Blossom Market to the Junk Shop where I usually buy my component and it wasn't there anymore. I don't know is it a bug or not. First of all, there was never a level cap on the Overwatch, maybe already was bugged.
