Chantilly, VA Post Office does not answer their phone. On Monday, Dec 11, msg says "please call us during normal hours". I called at 10:00 a.m., 11:00 a.m. 1:00 p.m., 2:00 p.m. 3:00 p.m. 4:00p.m.. Same Msg. Called again on Tuesday, Dec 12. Phone range 14 times. No answer. Got msg "please enter access code". Called again, got 2 rings then busy ...I went to Clovis post office on Friday the 17. I used the drop boxes outside. While placing my mail in the middle box I hit my middle finger on the slot top. By that evening my finger was bright red and swollen. The next two days it got worse and very painful. I had a doctor appointment and had doctor look at it.Poor, 0 🤬 Mail person refuses to pick up out going mail!!! Puts flag down and leaves the outgoing mail in the back of my mailbox. Then I have to run to the nearest public mailbox to get it out!!! Lazy, totally unprofessional.
