Go with the X-Carry. it has more versatility. The X-Carry can accept more grip modules than the X-Compact can. In Fact, you can put an X-Compact grip module on an X-Carry while you cant do the other way around without modification. Also, the XCarry comes with 17 round magazines which all Grip module sizes accept.
