It most likely has to do with your NCAA Football 14 game folder not being named correctly. The proper name is: BLUS31159-[NCAA Football 14] I like to be overly neat so when I installed the base game to my internal hdd I renamed the game folder to simply 'NCAA Football 14'. This caused the .pkg files to install a new folder with the proper name.
