Hi @Syville , The app uses an algorithm to estimate how full the unit is based off the number of times it normally has to cycle for the unit to be full. The unit does know when the drawer it totally full but anything before that is a estimation. By full water cleaning I assume you mean the globe? I had a similar story until I noticed a bunch of gross moldy spots inside the base where the insides are exposed to the dirty litter. Once I deep cleaned that, it got noticeably better. This is something the LR4 improves on I think, as the drawer area isn't open to such a large interior area.
