The TIPM (the fuse box under the hood - AKA Totally Integrated Power Module) senses how much power draw there is from the bulbs. If one bulb goes out the amp draw drops and it dings and fast blinks to tell you a bulb is out.

Once you get the socket out and verify the wire colors, you can take out the bulb and see if there's signal present (on/off) on the connector with the signal or hazards turned on, and check if there's continuity to the chassis ground.

Maybe the abs ring, maybe the wheel sensor isn't seated properly. If you replaced the bearing only and not the entire assembly, the abs ring may not be facing towards the sensor, or maybe it's a bearing that doesn't have the abs ring. The driveshaft always turns but you should be able connect and disconnect power to rear wheels using the 4x4 switch.
