Discussion. I have exfiled successfully with a complete contract, gotten a new perk and a streak increase, then it is not there after. Started happening today and happened about 8 times. Tried different active duty slots, but none work. My 6 goes back to 6 and my 4 goes back to 4. Anyone else have this problem?

I've had the same issues as you, some were able to reach 10 exfils, some stuck at 8, some stuck at 2, some stuck at 4. I’m not suggesting that nor was that the way I fixed mine. I just flipped back and forth between using operators and also changing the skins on the operator. It has to do with the way the perks are randomly assigned. Kind of like a slot machine. Some have a higher percentage chance to show up lower and some perks higher on the perk exfil streak.

Failing to exfil or changing operator in that slot will fix it (by resetting it to zero so you can start again). Some people have had luck fixing it by changing operator skin and/or finisher.
